Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or delivery of the report. For video consultations, cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. Any cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed without penalty.

Refunds are only applicable if the service was not delivered or if the customer has valid concerns regarding the quality of the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service or delivery of the report. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
